Tuna Salad with White Beans


Ingredients for two servings

Dardanel Tuna In Olive Oil (120gr pouch)
Tamek Boiled White Beans 800Gr Can
Fersan lemon dressing
Red onion sliced
Parsley as garnish

Drain and rinse a can of white beans, transfer into a salad platter. Drain the tuna, add to the beans, reserve the oil in a small bowl. Slice the onion, add into the salad bowl. Add the 3 tbsp. of lemon dressing to the reserved oil in the small bowl, mix to make a vinaigrette , add salt and pepper. Pour the dressing on to the salad, garnish with parsley, serve cold.
