Eggs on Bastirma


Ingredients for two servings

6 slices Ohanyan's Bastirma
4 eggs
2 tsp butter

Melt the butter in a pan, add the bastirma and cook both sides until the meat softens, break the eggs on the bastirma, lower the heat, cover with a lid and let cook until the egg whites are firm and the yolk is runny.
