How do I log into my account?

Simply click on to the Account tab on top of the page and choose sign in. Enter your email and password, click sign in. 

What if I do not have correct address information?

In order to prevent unnecessary delays or extra charges we need to have your correct address information. If your package gets delivered to a different address or gets lost because we do not have your correct address G&M will not be responsible for your losses.           

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click on “forgot your password?” on the sign in screen. A new screen will appear with instructions to reset your password. All you have to do is to enter your email associated with your Grocery&Meat account and click  “reset your password”. 

Do you save my credit card information?

For security reasons we never keep your credit card information on our site, you have to enter it every time you shop. 

Can I change my email address?

After signing in go to Account tab, and click on Profile details. You can make changes on the next screen. 

Can I order without registering?

Although we would like it very much for you to become our lifelong friend, yes you can order without registering. Just choose “checkout as guest” on the checkout screen and enter your email.


How do I know if my products are in stock?

Although we keep our warehouse well stocked, sometimes life happens and things get out of control. If something is out of stock you will see it immediately mentioned by the product. Since we renew our inventory continuously, make sure to come back in a day or two.

Yes, you will receive an email for your order containing tracking number and other details of your order.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order at through our secure server whenever and where ever you want.

How do I order online at ?

Please register with to start shopping. Then you can browse our offerings and click “Add to Cart” button under the item you want to purchase.  When you finish your shopping simply click the cart icon on top of the page and to either see your cart items or select checkout to complete your transaction according to the on screen instructions.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please call or email as as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Can  I add more items to my current order?

After you complete checkout, all orders are final. For additional items you have to create a second order.

When will I get my order?

The delivery time and duration of your package mostly depend on your shipping choices.

How do I track my order?

You can track your orders either on  going to About your Order under Customer Service  tab, or manually after receiving the confirmation email with UPS tracking number.

Once you log in, view your order and click on the link with the tracking number. Our website will direct you to, where you can see where your order is.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you deliver?

All over United States with a valid address.

What information do you need to send out  a package?

A valid street address, zip code, state, also the name and the phone number of the recipient.

Am I being charged for delivery?

Yes there is a shipping and delivery charge for your orders, the amount to be determined depending on your zip code ,the package weight and of course, your choice of shipment method.  Free shipping is offered on orders starting from $50 depending on the delivery address and the products to be delivered. 

Does someone have to be at home to get my package?

UPS does not require customer signature for Ground Service. If you are not sure about the security of your packages when delivered, you can consider “ Deliver with Signature” option. Please remember that we ship packages to addresses not individuals. If the address belongs to an apartment building, a school or any other institution Grocery&Meat cannot be responsible for any losses.

Can you send my order to another recipient?

Yes we can, but we would not inform the recipient , it will be up to you to let them know that a package will be delivered.

How are the items to be sent?

Food items are packaged with utmost care to make sure that you receive what you order. Fragile containers are bubble wrapped, dry foods are double packaged and perishables are nestled in between ice packs. Frozen items are shipped in dry ice.

How do I find about the shipping charges?

Grocery&Meat has free ground  shipping on orders depending on your order amount, shipping address and products to be delivered. We ship all over the US.  You will have the opportunity to see the rates and make shipping choices at checkout.

What is shipping weight?

Shipping weight is the overall weight of your package including your ordered items, the shipping materials and the shipping box.


How do I pay?

Grocery&Meat accepts all major credit cards and also PayPal and Google Pay options.


Is shopping at your site secure?

Yes. Your information is encrypted and we never keep your credit card information. For more information please  visit  our “Security Policies” section.

Returns and Refunds

What if I received items I did not order?

If you receive any  items by mistake, please contact us immediately.

For food items we will send you the item you ordered free of charge, or issue you a credit.

For non food items, please do not open the packages. In order for us to accept returns, the items should be in their original packages. As soon as you contact us we will give you return instructions.

What if there is damaged item(s) in the packages?

Please contact customer service immediately, We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund.

What will I do if my package has not arrived?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. If for some reason you can not track your shipment with this number, and have not received your package in 7 business days please  contact us. After we confirm that your package is lost, we will either replace it or issue a refund.


How do I use a promo code?

Grocery&Meat offers different promotions periodically. Some promotions will be applied to your eligible order automatically if the conditions are met (ex:free shipping for $150 and more on grocery shopping). Some other promotions are delivered through communications channels (ex: our social media channels, newsletters or text groups) and you need to apply them at check-out page in promotions box.
