Pasta with Meat Sauce

1 package Ipek fusilli pasta

1 lb Nema ground beef

2 cans RO*TEL original tomatoes with green chilies

½ bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

salt

1 tsp Botany black pepper

2 Tbsp Marmara Birlik extra virgin olive oil

2 cups Merve plain yogurt

1 tsp Botany maras pepper

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the beef and brown. Add the tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper, cook together. Remove from heat mix the parsley in.

Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain (reserve ½ cup of pasta water).

Put the pasta on a serving platter, top with the beef sauce.

Mix the yogurt with reserved pasta water, pour over the pasta, sprinkle with Maras pepper, enjoy!
